Alice Gillespie

Alice Gillespie is Chief of Staff at The Argyle Group, where she is responsible for driving strategic priorities and operational excellence.

Alice brings experience across law, executive operations, and organisational strategy, commencing her legal career as Associate to Judge Robert Cameron at the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia before moving into private legal practice advising Commonwealth Government clients on complex public law matters. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with senior leaders in high-performance environments, developing expertise in strategic coordination, stakeholder engagement, governance, and process improvement.

Alice holds a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Arts (International Studies) from the University of Technology Sydney and is admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia. She has also undertaken international studies at Université Lumière-Lyon-II in France, reflecting her enduring interest in law, public policy, and international affairs.
